Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Pop It Here at popithere.com and its related household, recipe, shopping, fitness and other features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Google sign-in may be used as an authentication method. Email/password accounts may be invitation-only. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s account without permission.

2. Shared households

Pop It Here is built for shared household use. If you invite or join other people, information placed in shared areas may be visible to them. You are responsible for choosing what to share and for having permission to enter another person’s personal or sensitive information.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give Pop It Here a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the service and to carry out actions you request. You represent that you have the right to provide the content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious code, abuse other users, use the service for unlawful activity, or use automated methods to overload or scrape the service in a way that harms Pop It Here or other users.

5. AI-generated and automated results

Some features use artificial intelligence or automated rules. Results can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it. AI-generated recipes, shopping information, prices, nutrition estimates, images and suggestions are aids rather than guarantees.

Food allergy and dietary safety: Pop It Here can help identify conflicts and create adapted recipes, but ingredients, manufacturing processes and labels change. Always check actual product labels and use appropriate professional guidance for serious allergies or medical dietary requirements.

6. Fitness, nutrition and health information

Fitness, nutrition, body-measurement and wellness features are provided for general informational and organizational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for qualified professional care. Do not use Pop It Here for emergencies.

7. Shopping, stores and third-party information

Store availability, aisle information, product details, travel estimates and prices may come from third parties or automated searches and may change without notice. Verify important details with the retailer before making a trip or purchase. Links or integrations with third parties do not make Pop It Here responsible for those third parties.

8. Paid features

If paid plans, subscriptions or purchases are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial or cancellation terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Additional payment terms may apply through the payment provider used for that transaction.

9. Availability and changes

Pop It Here is evolving. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve user data and provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

10. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious misuse or repeated violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion at support@popithere.com.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pop It Here will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of data arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
